all India admission test for admission into the Program in Embedded. The
admission process at VECTOR Institute is governed by a well-laid out policy.

Candidates are chosen through an All India Entrance Test conducted every three
months.

Eligibility Criteria for Embedded Systems:
The eligibility criteria and process for admission into the Program in Embedded
Systems is as follows.
BE/B.Tech in EEE/ECE/EIE/Electronics/Biomedical/CSE/IT/Mechatronics, MCA;
MSc (Electronics/Instrumentation, CS, Physics with specialization
in Electronics); M.Tech in Electronics/CSE/IT/Mechatronics
with minimum 60%.
Test Syllabus for Embedded Systems:
Basics of C programming (without Data structures), Microprocessor 8085/8086 (architecture,
assembly language, interfacing), Digital electronics, Basics of
Networking, General Aptitude.
Mode of Test:
The test will be objective type consisting of multiple answer choices. The
correct choice has to be marked on an OMR sheet.
Eligibility Criteria for VLSI:
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical; MSc (Electronics/Instrumentation, Physics, Semiconductors); with minimum 60%.
Test Syllabus for VLSI : Digital electronics, Analytical and General Aptitude, Microprocessor 85/86, basics of 'C' programming, Network Analysis.
Mode of Test for VLSI:
Test will consist of subjective type questions, numericals,design questions.
Discounts Based on: Test performance/Final degree %(70%
&above)/GATE Score. Discount upto 50% based on performance.
Course Duration: 6 months
Course Fee for Embedded Systems: 27k + Tax payable in two installments.
Course Fee for VLSI: 30k + Tax payable in two installments.
Hostel Accomodation: Available for both boys
& girls at walking distance from the institute.
Placements:
We at VECTOR provide 100% placement assistance to the
candidates in all possible ways; our aim is every one coming to VECTOR must get
placed. The placement assistance is available till 6-months after the course
completion.
